1. Employee life cycle management:

  • Support Talent Acquisition team in the selection process of designated job grades and/or positions.
  • Conduct new-employee orientation/ induction programs periodically.
  • Provide the guidance and supports to Managers & employees in PEx (Performance Excellence) process as well as conduct the completeness audit for each step of the process.

2. HR Data management:

  • Provide support to visualize Workday processes locally to support employees perform Workday transaction timely.
  • Maintain up-to-date company organization charts.

3. Others:

  • Administer various HR plans and procedures for personnel of assigned business divisions;
  • Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with statutory and corporate compliance frameworks;
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Management, prefer in Human Resource Management;
  • Has experience working in International or large local company.
  • At least 3-year experience in HR role, prefer 5-year experience more;
  • Good in English both oral & written;
  • Proficiency in computer skills;
  • Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of HR Operations;
  • Effective oral and written communication skills;
  • High adaptability.
